How to Create Popular Coffee Recipes
Cinnamon Iced Coffee
2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
2 tsp. Instant Coffee
1 tbsp. sugar
3 Ice cubes
Dash of cinnamon
Mix the above in a blender for 30 seconds or so, pour into cups, top it off with a scoop of whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.Serve and enjoy.
Mint Chocolate Coffee
1 c non-dairy coffee creamer
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
3/4 tsp. chocolate extract
1/2 tsp. pure mint extract
Beat ingredients at low speed until blended thoroughly. Stir 1 to 2 teaspoons of mixture into hot coffee. Store remainder in airtight container.
Prepare 1 1/3 cups espresso or very strong coffee. Meanwhile, microwave 1 1/3 cups low fat (1%) milk in 2-cup microwave-proof glass measure 3 to 4 minutes, until boiling. Transfer milk to blender and blend at high speed 1 minute or until very frothy. Pour coffee into 4 cups, add milk and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

1 c. butterscotch chips, divided
8 c. hot brewed coffee
1/2 c. half-and-half cream
5 to 8 tbsp. sugar
Whipped cream in a can
In a microwave, melt 1/2 cup butterscotch chips; stir until smooth. Cut a small hole in the corner of a pastry or plastic bag; insert a #4 round tip. Fill with melted chips. Pipe eight garnishes onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
In a large pitcher, stir coffee and remaining butterscotch chips until chips are melted. Stir in cream and sugar. Pour into mugs. Top each serving with whipped cream and a butterscotch garnish.
